Knowledgeable, reasonable, and fair. I might even add "patient" as we received our first bid well over a year ago. They were willing to wait as our budget was not healthy enough at the time. Now, after some time, we reengaged to move forward with replacing two complete HVAC systems. Down Home still came back $3,000-$4,000 less than all other companies and was able to complete the work in two days. They went above and beyond with installation, clean up, and with mitigating unforseen issues discovered during the installation. We appreciate their honesty and willingness to work with us financially to afford this huge project. We chose the right company!!! ~ Charles M

when we moved to the area, we selected a few companies to come give us an estimate. Brandon, from Down Home not only came out with the best solution for our unique 1960 ranch style home, but did extra research to answer the questions I had about Mini Split systems. That's been 4 years ago. We were hit with lightning in 2018, taking down the system. During a really hot spell, once again, Down Home jumped to the task of helping us get cool again! Our furnace quit working and it was 16 outside. I called for a quote, and they asked me what the symptoms were. I told him, and he told me what needed to be done to fix it. He said they could come out or I could try to fix it, and that he would help me over the phone. I found the part and cleaned it like he said to do, and my furnace now works. Such wonderful people to help me fix it. We used them for our a/c a few years ago and they were great then. Thank you so much! ~ Gerald H

Down Home has been maintaining my heating and air system for several years. I do not have any troubles, the semi-annual check ups carry the system through each season! I highly recommend them! Note: When Brandon first worked on my system he encountered one that was improperly installed and was able to correct it with very reasonable charges and saved me from having to buy a new system! ~ John W

We’ve used Down Home for 10-ish years in three different homes, and I have nothing but good things to say. They’ve come out in below zero weather, hot summer temps, and are always quick to show up (like, within a couple of hours quick) Brandon and Josh are the best and do a good job explaining problems and fixes. Has it been hot at your house? Since Saturday the highs have been 97-98+My air conditioning went out on Saturday, and Down home heating and air showed up on Sunday. By Tuesday they had a new system installed. These guys are super, their prices are great, and they are knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend! ~ Susan C

Furnace wouldn’t work in a house of ours. Called Down Home Heating & Air as we’ve known the owner for a long time. A few of his guys came out within an hour and had the furnace back working quickly to warm the house on a terribly cold day. Would recommend them to anyone asking for service. ~ Rob K

Our air conditioning went out on a Sunday. One of the hottest days so far tis summer. Ryan came out within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He had us up and running in no time.
